Payment Policy

Pay for the sessions that you reserve at least 24 hours before they begin. If Sollena does not receive your payment by 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment, she has the right to cancel your reservation and schedule another person in that period of time.

Reservations Policy

When you reserve an appointment with Sollena, it is your responsibility to show up. Sollena will be in her Infinite Being Studio serving you, your energy and your soul during the time that you have reserved.

Whether you show up or not for an appointment that you reserved ... the time that you booked with Sollena is counted as a valid session. It is most beneficial for you to be present and on time for your appointments, be they over the phone or in-person.

Cancellations Policy

You can cancel or rescheduled an appointment up to 24 hours before it begins.

Appointments cannot be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the start of the appointment, unless of course there is an emergency.

Policy for Reservations
of FREE Sessions

At certain times, Sollena offers One Free Session per person for certain services. When you make an appointment, Sollena makes a place in her schedule for you — to give you and only you, her time, insights and full attention. You can cancel or rescheduled the appointment up to 24 hours before it begins. If you do not show up for your appointment and have not notified her, you have used your Free Session time and there is no rescheduling of another Free Session.
